James Roe Jr. looking forward to F2000 Rounds 7 & 8 at Mid-Ohio

Hopes to build on momentum following win at Virginia International Raceway

Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin – June 26, 2018 – James Roe Jr., of Naas, Kildare County, is looking forward to competing at yet another iconic US track – the 2.4-mile Mid-Ohio Road Course. Roe Jr. comes into the 7th and 8th rounds of the F2000 Championship with momentum following his recent win at VIR. Going into Mid-Ohio Roe Jr. trails the Championship leader by only 14 points.

After a very successful F2000 start looking forward to Mid-Ohio

Roe Jr. has podiumed at each of the first 3 venues that the Series has competed at – Road Atlanta, Watkins Glen, and VIR. He plans to build upon his early success to further close the gap with the Series points leader at Mid-Ohio. “I have never driven the track so just like every track this year I am going to have to learn it extremely quickly” said Roe Jr. “After looking at onboard footage and TV footage I am really excited about getting out there!”

Rounds 7 and 8 of the F2000 Championship are June 29th – July 1st at Mid-Ohio.
