PA Hudson, from Naas Co. Kildare returns to the ITCC grid in 2017.  Following on from his first season in 2016, finishing third in the production championship, Hudson has his sights firmly focused on the top prize.

Hudson started his motorsport career with grass track racing.  This nurtured an underlying talent, which he brought to the circuit last year.  From the onset Hudson was competitive, however, after teaming up with Phil Wright Motors he was a front runner in every race.

At the end of last season Hudson was awarded the ‘Motul Rising Star of 2016’ award.

“My aim this year is not only to race for the championship title, but to be the youngest ITCC driver to do so” Hudson said.

That’s an ambitious statement however, if Hudson returns to the ITCC this year with the momentum he finished with last season, he certainly is a serious contender.

The distinctive colour scheme of his Honda Integra will be easily recognised on the circuit.

“Following winter preparation with Phil Wright, the car is in great shape.  I plan to be competitive out of the blocks”, explained Hudson.

The ITCC season kicks off in Mondello Park on the 9th of April.  This season is shaping up to be the most competitive in recent years, with new drivers entered and past drivers returning to the growing class.
