Muller back to WTCC with Polestar Cyan Racing as Development Driver.

Last year, four times WTCC driver champion announced his retirement from racing, at least, as a full time driver.  Muller had served eleven years in the championship claiming the title four times.

Muller, who retired following three years with Citroën, had been seen testing the Polestar Volvo S60 TC1 in February this year.

Muller said, “To start a cooperation with Cyan Racing is something that I am very pleased with, they developed strongly last year for their first season and we have made interesting progress during the winter testing. I look forward to continuing to work with them and developing the car, as well as the team.”

Muller, now 47 will bring a vast amount of experience to the team, as a BTTC champion in 2003, and WTTC Champion in 2008, 2010, 2011 & 2013.
